CATALYST Master Coaches offer
a powerful combination of One-on-One consulting, Business
Analysis, Staff training, and System implementation, tailored
specifically to meet the unique challenges faced by your business.
We work with you to structure and streamline
your business to achieve maximum efficiencies, and ultimately
leverage, from your business.
The coaching model we use is very focused on educating and
empowering you and your staff to create a better business
- to do that you need to be very involved in the process.
If you want someone to come into your business and ‘fix
all your problems’ - this isn’t the program for
you!
Your CATALYST Master Coach
will:
- start with a complete analysis of where your business
is currently at – what’s working, what’s
not working and what are the areas that require the most
attention.
- examine your goals and the goals of the business, and
- structure a plan of attack that satisfies both. Once the
foundations are laid your CATALYST
Master Coach will then design a unique development program
for your business.
Generally this program will be conducted over a 3-6 month
period (depending on the needs of the business) where your
CATALYST Master Coach will
meet with you, the owner, and other key staff, on a fortnightly
basis to create a smooth running, successfully profitable
business – one that does not require your every minute
to manage it.
We take a very ‘hands-on’ approach, with ‘homework’
required in between sessions to enable you to implement the
new strategies into your business and receive feedback almost
immediately.
Your CATALYST Master Coach
will provide you with direct advice, coaching, proven operational
templates, operational system models & specific training
so you know you have the knowledge & skills necessary
to successfully manage your business.
